What if the photos don't look professional?
513Shutter shoots are edited by professionals with real estate-specific lighting, color, and exposure standards. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right before you publish.
What if delivery is late for my list date?
Standard delivery is 48 hours. The Listing Launch Package includes 24-hour delivery. Rush add-ons are available for tight list dates, just confirm when you book.
What if my seller isn't prepped?
Every booking includes a seller prep checklist you can forward before the shoot. We'll also guide sellers through any remaining staging during the appointment.
What if the home doesn't photograph well?
We specialize in making ordinary spaces look their best. Balanced lighting, wide angles, and HDR blending are standard on every shoot. We don't post-process problems out of photos; we photograph to avoid them.
What if I need more content after the shoot?
Additional assets like reels, floor plans, drone, and 360 tours can be added as a return visit. Some add-ons are available during the original shoot if booked in advance.
